The House overlooks the enchanting Marina of Porto Cervo.
Set on two levels, the ground floor consists of a living room with direct access to the veranda with a view of the harbor, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. On the first floor two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and large covered terrace with sea view.

From the veranda you have direct access to the pier and in a few minutes taking a leisurely stroll you can reach the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo. Even closer is the square Clipper with bars, restaurants, and rental services. A little further, on where there is the Marina, there is also a supermarket and an ATM.
